This passion was further ignited when she inherited an emerald pendant from her grandmother, sparking a lifelong love for creating jewellery that connects with life’s most loved ones and cherished moments. As a GIA-trained gemologist and jewellery designer, Eleanor guides clients through every step of the journey — from gem selection to custom design — ensuring that each piece is crafted with meticulous care. She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside her clients to bring their visions to life, creating pieces that resonate with their individual style. Eleanor is also passionate about helping clients remodel and refurbish existing jewellery, as the materials used in jewellery are inherently sustainable — capable of being reused, re-set, and recycled to offer timeless, eco-conscious choices.

In addition to her jewellery expertise, Eleanor is trained in personal colour analysis and styling, ensuring that each creation complements the wearer’s style and enhances their natural beauty. With a multicultural background shaped by her experiences in the UK, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, Eleanor’s work blends global influences with modern elegance.
